Delete your account

You can delete your Slibur account at any time, from our Android app (Slibur - GEO & AEO tool) or from the website. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone.

From the Android app

1. Open the Slibur app and sign in.
2. Tap your initials at the top right and choose “Account”. If you have not finished setting up your workspace yet, tap “Your account” at the bottom of the setup screen.
3. Under “Delete account”, type DELETE and tap “Delete my account”.

From the website

1. Sign in at app.slibur.com.
2. Open the menu with your name at the top right and choose “Account”.
3. Under “Delete account”, type DELETE and click “Delete my account”.

If you cannot sign in

Write to contact@slibur.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, password (stored encrypted) or Google account identifier, your sessions and your email preferences.
• The workspaces where you are the only member, with everything in them: brand, website, logo, competitors, prompts, the answers and tracking results, mentions, sources, improvements, audits and the texts from the Writer.
• The record of the emails we sent you and the messages you sent us through the contact form.
• Any active subscription of those workspaces is canceled at once, so there are no further charges.

The workspaces you share with other people keep working for the rest of the team. If you owned one, ownership passes to its oldest member.

What we keep, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records (plan, amounts, dates and Stripe identifiers), kept by us and by Stripe, our payment provider, for as long as tax and commercial law requires, generally up to six years. We never store your card details.
• Affiliate program:if you were an affiliate, your tax details, commissions, transfers, payouts and self-billed invoices, for six years. If you signed up through an affiliate’s recommendation, the record of that recommendation and the commissions it generated, for six years, without your name or your email.
• Free trial: the domain of the website that used the free trial, so that it remains one per website. It is kept without your name or your email.
• Technical logs needed for security, for up to twelve months.
• Backups of the database are overwritten in their normal cycle.

Before you delete it

• If you own a paid workspace shared with other people, the account cannot be deleted while you are its owner, because its subscription keeps running for the rest of the team. In Workspace Settings, Members, make another member the owner and ask them to change your role or remove you, or write to us at contact@slibur.com and we will help you.
• If you are an affiliate with commissions still to collect, set up your payouts or tell us you want to give them up.
