The best GEO platforms for SaaS track the questions buyers ask an AI before they book a demo, on the AIs they use. One Slibur plan at $59 covers the five big ones (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity and Grok), with a 7-day trial that needs no card. Peec AI starts at $95, Scrunch at $250, AthenaHQ at $295, and Profound is custom.
You give up: Grok. Claude spends 8 checks per update.
Why Slibur is first. Of the eight platforms on this page, it is the only one that asks Grok on a plan under $295, and its Starter plan asks all five AIs for $59. Every answer comes with the pages each AI cited and, for ChatGPT, the searches it ran before answering.
What it does not do. There is no API, no CSV export and no Gemini, AI Mode or Copilot. If your board report is built on those, start with Peec AI or Profound.

AI answer tracking with weekly fixes
SliburOur product
$59/ month
Paid yearly: $602, so $50.17 a month. Growth: $129 with 75 prompts. Scale: $299 with 250.
Best for: Software teams that want every AI their buyers ask, Claude and Grok included, plus a short list each week of what to fix.
Weak point: It has no API, CSV export or integrations, and Google’s Gemini and AI Mode and Microsoft’s Copilot are not covered. Claude, Perplexity and Grok are asked once a week, by API with live web search.
Includes
20 prompts, up to 25 competitors, 2 team members, 5 drafts a month and 3 improvement tasks a week.
AIs
ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity and Grok, all of them on every plan. ChatGPT and AI Overviews run daily*, the rest weekly.
Answers
About 1,440 a month on Starter and 5,400 on Growth.
Trial
7 days free with no card: 10 prompts of your choice, all five AIs. Nothing is charged when it ends.
17% off billed yearly. The free Essential plan comes with 300 credits.
Best for: Teams that want Claude, Grok and Gemini in one self-serve plan and are happy to plan their volume in credits.
Weak point: One credit is one answer, so 3,600 a month is about 11 prompts a day across all 11 models (our math). API access and extra credits cost more.
Includes
3,600 credits a month, unlimited prompts, topics, competitors and seats, CSV export.
AIs
11 models, Claude and Grok among them, plus ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Meta AI, Mistral, AI Mode and AI Overviews
Trial
Free Essential plan: 300 credits across five AIs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, AI Overviews).
Brands get a free 7-day trial, then Enterprise after a demo.
Best for: Enterprise software companies with a procurement checklist: SSO and SAML, SOC 2, an API, CSV and JSON exports and dedicated support.
Weak point: No public price for brands. The trial runs 50 prompts chosen for your industry, which you cannot edit, and keeps no history. Grok is not on its list.
Includes
A tailored prompt plan, unlimited seats, AI Marketer agents and analytics for traffic from AI.
AIs
Up to 9: ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Gemini, DeepSeek, Claude, AI Overviews, Exa Search, Muse Spark
Trial
7 days: 50 prompts a day on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews.
* On paid plans. ChatGPT is read on chatgpt.com in every country Slibur tracks except Venezuela and Puerto Rico, where it is asked weekly through its API.
Also named by the AIs. Botric and Writesonic came up twice each, as did Temso, and Geoptie, Promptwatch and Rankscale once. We priced Writesonic’s plans here and Promptwatch’s here, and our GEO tools under $100 comparison covers more of the cheap end.

* On paid plans. ChatGPT is read on chatgpt.com in every country Slibur tracks except Venezuela and Puerto Rico, where it is asked weekly through its API. AI answers a month are each vendor’s own figure, except Otterly.AI (15 prompts on 4 AIs for 30 days, our math) and Slibur (each prompt on 2 AIs daily and 3 weekly). Ahrefs showed its prices in euros. Sources: each pricing page, Semrush’s knowledge base for its toolkit and Otterly.AI’s homepage for its trial, all read .
Under $100, Grok and Claude decide. Slibur is the only plan here under $100 that asks Grok. Claude is a $29 add-on on Otterly.AI Lite and is missing from the entry plans of Peec AI and the Semrush toolkit.
In the middle, volume decides. Per answer, the cheapest rows are Otterly.AI Lite, about $16 per 1,000 (our math), and Peec AI Starter, about $21, both without Grok. Slibur Growth comes to about $24 per 1,000 across five AIs, Scrunch Core about $50 and AthenaHQ Starter about $82.
At the top, procurement decides. If security review, SSO and a signed contract come first, Profound and the Enterprise plans of Peec AI, AthenaHQ and Scrunch are built for that. Slibur is self-serve: you subscribe by card, monthly or yearly.
We asked five AIs for the best GEO platforms for SaaS
The pages that rank for this search list tools; none of the five we read shows what the AIs answer. So on we put “best GEO platforms for SaaS companies” to all five AIs ourselves, through Slibur’s own engine, from the United States in English.

Named by one AI: Promptwatch (Grok), Geoptie (Claude), Anymorph (Claude), AI Rank Lab (Claude), GEOHATS (Perplexity), Rankscale (Perplexity), HubSpot (Claude), SE Ranking (Perplexity), OpenLens (Perplexity), XLR8 AI (Perplexity), BrandViz.AI (Perplexity), Skayle (Perplexity), Foglift (Perplexity).
Each AI wrote its own shortlist. ChatGPT named 7 tools, AI Overviews 8, Claude 12, Perplexity 16 and Grok 6. Grok put Promptwatch first, and no other AI named it. Track one AI and you see one list out of five.
Not every figure was current. ChatGPT’s four entry prices (Otterly.AI $29, Peec AI $95, Scrunch $250, AthenaHQ $295) matched the pricing pages that day. Perplexity put Profound at $399 to $499 a month, a price its page does not show brands, and Grok gave Scrunch 350 prompts where Core lists 125.
Slibur was not named. It went live in October 2026, and none of the five AIs brought it up for this question. That blank row is where any new product starts, and the next sections are about what fills it.
Who wrote the pages the AIs cited
The five answers cited 33 different sites. We read the homepage of each on the same day and sorted them by who publishes them. In bold, the ones more than one AI cited.

How each AI was asked
ChatGPT: read on chatgpt.com, logged out, with web search on, with gpt-6.
Google AI Overviews: the AI Overview Google shows above its results.
Claude: asked through its API with live web search, with claude-haiku-5-5.
Perplexity: asked through its API, which always searches, with sonar.
Grok: asked through its API with live web search, with grok-4.3.
Each AI got the bare question, with no brand name and no extra instructions. Brand names were extracted by the same code Slibur runs in the product, then reviewed one by one against the text. Each vendor counts once, at the place it first appears. Google’s source cards also quoted Firebrand, Directive and Growtika, three agencies we left out because they are not tools. This is a single reading per AI on a single day, and answers shift from one run to the next, so Slibur asks every tracked question many times and explains its margin of error.

The cited page is a list of GEO tools for B2B SaaS teams published by Botric, which sells one of them and puts itself first. The AI Overview named the same eight tools, in the same order, and linked nothing else. Claude cited another Botric list and named Botric first too. Perplexity cited two Botric pages and left it off its own list.
Software buyers act on these answers. In a G2 survey of 1,076 B2B software buyers (opens in a new tab) in March 2026, 51% said they now start their research in an AI chatbot more often than in Google, and 69% chose a different vendor than planned because a chatbot recommended it. Citations from a software review site were their top sign of a trustworthy answer, yet none of the 33 sites cited here was a review site.
What a SaaS team should take from it
Find the lists that decide your category. Ask the AIs your category question and look at what they cite, not only who they name. In Slibur, the Sources view ranks every cited domain and marks it as yours, a rival’s or a third party’s, and our guide to AI citation tracking explains how to read it.
Get onto those lists, or publish a better one. For “best X for Y” questions, AIs quote lists and comparisons. A comparison on your own site, with real and dated figures, is the one you control.
Slibur Starter tracks 20 prompts, enough for the six kinds of question a software buyer asks before talking to sales. Leave your brand name out of all of them: the point is to learn whether the AIs bring you up on their own.
Category
5 prompts
best [category] software for a 20-person team
top [category] tools for startups
Tells you: whether you make the shortlist at all, before a buyer has heard your name.
Use case
4 prompts
how to [job your product does] without spreadsheets
software to [job] for [industry]
Tells you: which jobs the AIs tie to you, and which they hand to a rival.
Alternatives
4 prompts
[main rival] alternatives
cheaper alternative to [rival]
Tells you: whether you are the name buyers hear when they are ready to leave a rival.
Comparisons
3 prompts
[rival A] vs [rival B]
[rival A] vs [rival B] for small teams
Tells you: whether the AI brings you into a race in which nobody named you.
Integrations
2 prompts
[category] that integrates with HubSpot
[category] with a Slack integration
Tells you: whether your integration pages are being read and believed.
Budget
2 prompts
[category] with a free plan
cheapest [category] for startups
Tells you: whether your own pricing page is the source, or somebody’s old list.
Write them the way a buyer would. Team size, industry and stack belong in the prompt, because that is what buyers type. “Best CRM” tells you little; “best CRM for a 15-person agency on HubSpot” tells you who wins the deals you want.
Keep the set fixed for a month. Swapping prompts every week means comparing different questions. Need a starting list? Our free prompt generator suggests twenty for your site, sorted by type, and competitor analysis in AI answers shows who gets named instead of you.

A short list of what to do this week
You get 3 tasks a week on Starter; Growth raises that to 5 and Scale to 8. The code chooses them from 17 fixed actions, and every task lists the pages behind the question, says whether those pages mention you or the rival, and grades how solid the advice is.
The Writer then drafts an article or a ranking for that question, 5 a month on Starter and 15 on Growth. Anything only your team can know is left as a highlighted blank to fill in, and the Writer makes up no numbers, clients or quotes. Slibur never publishes anything for you.

What does a GEO platform do?
It sends AI assistants the same buyer questions again and again, stores each answer and counts how often your brand comes up, where in the answer, in what tone and next to which rivals, along with the pages each AI used. The better ones turn the gaps into a short list of tasks.
GEO stands for generative engine optimization, a term from a 2023 research paper on how pages get picked up by AI answers.
SEO is about where your pages rank in a list of links. GEO is about the written answer: whether the AI names your product, in which place, in what tone and on the strength of which pages. The two overlap. Google says a page has to be indexed and eligible for a snippet before AI Overviews can link to it, so a site that is weak in search starts behind in AI answers too. What changes is the unit you track, a mention in an answer instead of a position on a results page.
Can a GEO platform tell me why the AI does not mention my SaaS?
It shows the evidence rather than a single cause: the pages each AI cited for that question, who owns them and whether they mention you or a rival. If the cited lists leave you out, that is where to work. In Slibur, every improvement task lists the pages behind its question and says whether they name you, so the next step is written down.
How much does a GEO platform cost?
Self-serve plans on this page run from $29 a month (Otterly.AI Lite, 15 prompts) to $295 (AthenaHQ Starter, 3,600 answers), and Profound quotes after a demo. Slibur is $59 for 20 prompts, $129 for 75 and $299 for 250. Agencies pay per client and per prompt, from $64.47 a month.
ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews first, then Claude, Perplexity and Grok. When we asked all five for the best GEO platforms for SaaS, they named 23 different tools and only three came up in every answer, so tracking one AI shows you one shortlist out of five. Add Gemini, AI Mode or Copilot if your buyers live in Google or Microsoft tools.
How many prompts does a SaaS company need to track?
About 20 cover the six question types a buyer asks for one product in one market: category, use case, alternatives, comparisons, integrations and budget. Move to 50 or 75 when you add more rivals, use cases or countries. Each prompt is asked again and again, so 20 prompts on Slibur Starter become about 1,440 answers a month.
Is there a free GEO platform?
Not one that tracks your own questions for good. AthenaHQ has a free plan with 300 credits, Profound a 7-day trial with prompts it picks, Otterly.AI 7 days with no card. Slibur gives 7 free days, no card asked, on 10 prompts you write yourself. Slibur’s 18-point AI-readiness audit is free and needs no account.
Can a GEO platform make ChatGPT recommend my SaaS?
No platform can promise that. What it can do is show where you are missing, who is named instead and which pages the AI leaned on, so your team knows which lists, reviews and pages to work on. The change comes from those pages, not from the dashboard.
Do I need a GEO agency or a GEO platform?
A platform measures and points to the work; an agency does the work. Many results for this search are agency lists, and even with an agency you need your own numbers to judge what they deliver. Agencies that run GEO for several software clients can use Slibur’s Agency plan, priced per client brand and per prompt.
How long does GEO take to show results for a SaaS?
Slibur’s method says to expect a few points over about eight weeks in answers where the AI searches the web first, and little or nothing where it answers from what it already knows. Keep the same prompts for the whole period, or you will be comparing different questions.
Choosing among the best GEO platforms for SaaS ends with your own numbers. Add your website and up to 10 buyer questions. The first answers from all five AIs land the same day, each with the pages it cited.
